Shan has developed a comprehensive customer support, marketing and sales team whose primary aim is customer satisfaction and market leadership

He has considerable experience in the customer services sector across the UK and has also held the position of Global Sales Executive within SPG Media Ltd, a FTSE 100 company based in London.

He is now our director of customer relations and is also the Sales and Operations Director for our sister company Fusion Online Limited.

Shan is a certified Internet Webmaster and member of the BCA (British Computer Association) and the IWA (International Webmasters Association)
