- Telephone consultation with a planning consultant once the instruction has been accepted.
- Correspondence by email and post.
- Research of policy framework and government advice.
- Telephone support from our dedicated customer services team.
- Monitoring on a weekly basis and updating client/spokesperson up to determination of the planning application.
- Draft an objection for submission by Planning Objections UK.
- Circulate Officers Report and confirmation of decision.
- Representation on Officers Report prior to committee meeting (as appropriate).
- One meeting with objector or planning authority or attendance at one committee meeting (with client in attendance).
- Discussing/negotiating with the local planning authority by telephone.
- Attendance at committee if required on, at a time spent basis.
- Architectural Input.
- Telephone Conversations.
- Attending Committees.
- Attending Site Visit / Meeting.
- Commenting on Officers Report to committee.
- Monitoring the Progress with local planning authority.
- Providing Periodical Updates to clients.
- Lodging detailed objections.
Charged on a time spent basis at a rate of £85 per hour plus VAT and Expenses
