  • Monitoring on a weekly basis and updating client/spokesperson up to determination of the planning application.
  • Draft an objection for submission by Planning Objections UK.
  • Circulate Officers Report and confirmation of decision.
  • Representation on Officers Report prior to committee meeting (as appropriate).
  • One meeting with objector or planning authority or attendance at one committee meeting (with client in attendance).
  • Discussing/negotiating with the local planning authority by telephone.
  • Attendance at committee if required on, at a time spent basis.
  • Architectural Input.
  • Telephone Conversations.
  • Attending Committees.
